A flavourful vinaigrette that is an ideal dressing for any green salad.
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey, liquid
1 garlic clove, minced
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Combine ingredients into a small mason jar with sealable lid, and shake until well mixed. Sample the dressing and adjust the ingredients to taste.
Pour a few tablespoons atop a salad and serve immediately. Balsamic Salad Dressing stores well in the fridge for a couple weeks. The vinegar and oil will separate after only a few minutes, thus give the jar a shake before using.
